Directlogic.io is operated by Muhammad Saleem trading as Direct Logic, ABN 69 794 521 020, an Australian individual/sole trader based in Canning Vale WA 6155. These terms apply to the public website, its content, and contact tools.

Paid MSammy access is also subject to its subscription terms, risk disclosure, refund and cancellation policy, and the terms shown at checkout. Any future Intralio access is also subject to its product terms and data and trading disclosure.

Products shown on this website are in development unless a page expressly states that commercial access is active. Screens, feature descriptions, roadmaps, planned integrations, and workflows may change. They are not promises of release timing, availability, feature completion, or commercial results.

Website content is general information. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, engineering, safety, or other professional advice. MSD’s LE model can display rule-based entry markers, a live trailing-stop reference, and stop-break exit markers and support user-configured TradingView alerts. MSammy does not use or consider your objectives, financial situation, needs, holdings, experience, tax position, or tolerance for loss, and it does not assess suitability. Intralio processes trading history you supply to reconcile and classify past activity, but it does not use that history to assess suitability or recommend future trades. Neither product guarantees an outcome.

A disclaimer does not change the legal character of conduct. Direct Logic must keep product design, support, marketing, examples, and community activity within these stated boundaries.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, or test security without written permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or sensitive account information through site forms.
• Do not scrape or reproduce site content at a scale or for a purpose that infringes rights or unreasonably burdens the service.

Website content, product names, original designs, software concepts, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Direct Logic or used with permission. You may view the public site for personal reference. Other copying, modification, commercial use, or distribution requires permission unless applicable law allows it.

The site may link to Stripe, Discord, TradingView, Plausible, brokers, and other third-party services. Direct Logic does not control their availability, security, content, data, or terms. A link or technical integration does not transfer responsibility for those third-party services to Direct Logic.

References to brokers or platforms describe compatibility only. They do not imply endorsement, partnership, verification, or responsibility by that third party.

You must have the right to submit information through the website or a product. Do not upload another person’s confidential, personal, or brokerage information without lawful authority.

Direct Logic may use information you deliberately submit only as described in the Privacy Policy, applicable product terms, and any collection notice shown at the point of collection.

The public site may be changed, suspended, or unavailable. Reasonable care should be taken, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not promised. Material changes to commercial product terms should be communicated in a manner appropriate to their effect.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Direct Logic does not attempt through these website terms to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any proposed limitation for a paid product must be clear, proportionate, set out in the applicable product terms, and professionally reviewed for enforceability before launch.

These website terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. This does not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim in another forum where applicable law provides that right.
